About Us
Our Story
Hey Family,
I’m Ms. Ditte! I’m a mom and dedicated educator with a lifelong commitment to fostering academic growth and igniting curiosity.
I hold two M.Ed degrees from Lesley University in Elementary Education and Special Education Mild to Moderate Disabilities. My passion is in family engagement, IEP development, common core instructional strategies, and social emotional learning.
The concept for Minds That Wonder manifested from the closing of schools during the pandemic. It truly forced us to begin thinking about teaching and learning in a new way. As a response, I collaborated with a group of dedicated parents to start a virtual study group for our preschoolers to make sure they did not fall behind.
The following school year, I opened my small apartment to that same group of kiddies– launching our first learning pod–and officially established Minds That Wonder.
Since then, MTW has evolved into a reliable resource for families nationwide seeking a dedicated partner in their child’s educational journeys.
As you explore our website, I hope you find a wealth of tools designed to transform education into a meaningful and collaborative journey.
Join us as we reimagine education, one mindful family at a time!
With Love,
Ditte Woodson, M.Ed
